Ryan Lyons is a messed up kid who wants to get better, and sees Yoga and its philosophy as her way out. It might not be the clearest path or the clearest story, due to a bit of drug use it isn't exactly coming from the clearest head. But, with the hopes that there is some sort of way out, she starts her journey towards a brighter life... Even if she might get caught in a few awkward situations and a couple pairs of handcuffs before she gets there. Isn't that what the college experience is all about? Well, maybe not always. But, it is her experience. And through that experience she tries to learn how to experience the world in an entirely new way. She starts to learn how to deal with boys, school, friends, family - pretty much her entire messed up life!
