This is the first in my 2016 series of three novels in which Law Enforcement plays only a minor role in solving the 'Who-Dun-It.' Our story takes place in the late 1980s, on the California and Mexican boarder. It is a tale of revenge where the hunter is the hunted and vice-versa. It's about a man called "JP" who is neither fish nor fowl; neither US Customs Agent or Smuggler. He walks with, and is respected by both sides. His uncle was a Federal wanted smuggler, and was assassinated by professionals unknown. His best friend was the number one top US Customs agent on the California Mexican 'Line'. He also was assassinated by professionals unknown. The problem is the trail left by the hit men doesn't smell like Government or Private, just the best Now they are trying to take JP out. He has some Idea why. Vengeance is a dish served best cold. His Girlfriend, Selisia; an Investment Banker hates his life style, and associates, but loves JP too much, and cant stay away. And then there is his partner Kawani...
