Let's stop the debate and start taking action! It's time for us to do more than promise to cut down on carbon use. While that is an important step in slowing climate change, it's not all we can do! Let me tell you how. In this book I've detailed an infrastructure that can: End our reliance on a limited number of freshwater sources, allowing them to replenish themselves End drought in stricken areas, even desert climates Protect communities from flooding during powerful storms Bring wildfires under control more easily Restore our glaciers to prevent sea level rise and moderate the temperature of the seas Create enough energy to run the system, perhaps even enough to power our homes and businesses Together, by building and maintaining this new infrastructure, we can invest in ourselves again! New technology development will improve our global economy and create new ongoing jobs as well. This infrastructure can also be used for humanitarian efforts worldwide: In places that suffer from disease due to a lack of clean water. In places that can't raise enough food to support their people. We can end hunger and thirst, and end the frustration and anger that comes from the struggle to survive!
