A US Research vessel goes missing in the middle of the Atlantic ocean, not long after intercepting a series of mysterious radio broadcasts. The United States Government responds by dispatching a special forces team by boat to go to the last known location of the research vessel. The boat is attacked by an unknown fast-moving assailant and Roosevelt, one of the special forces team is knocked unconscious.
