The Lord placed on Dr. Render's heart to provide a Christian social place ("A Time to Share" which later became "The Upper Room"), for people to come and share their innermost fears, struggles, shames, disappointments, hurts and pains. Dr. Render invited the Holy Spirit as her Guest of Honor and along with sharing the promises of God, many who attended, was set free from additions, physical infirmities, emotional strongholds, unbelieving, negative mind-sets and demon possessions by the power of the Holy Spirit.
