Humpty Dumpty is about a man who falls: in love and in pieces. It is 1980. The Internet is still a tool for the military and academics. Email is in its infancy and is just penetrating the corporate world. Bill Berger has swooped across country to take a new job. He hopes for greater status, more money and a better relationship with his wife. But nothing goes the way he expects in this corporation, an ordinary company, full of romance, intrigue and backstabbing. He finds that his job is built upon a fiction, his wife hates the new location, and naive Bill discovers the hazards of office romance. Can he find a way out?
