Josh Swales comes home from his tour of duty in a middle-eastern war zone for much needed rest and recuperation. His best mate, Andy, was blown up by a roadside bomb and Josh had to pick up the pieces. He accompanies Andy's body home, and subsequently suffers from PTSD, which causes him to have blackouts. When he comes to, there is usually a dead body nearby... one is the body of his beloved grandmother, Ellie Swales, but Ellie is not dead... While she lies unconscious, Josh believes he has killed his grandmother. In his panic, he decides to make it look like a violent burglary, and ransacks her home, So begins a cat and mouse game of mutual survival. Who will live, who will die?
