Harold Oliver is a has-been private detective who finds himself injured and dumped alongside Highway 89 in southeast Idaho. His past consisted of big haired blonde babes, fast cars, and his number was on the speed dial of princes and kings, presidents and mobsters. Those were the days when he laughed in the face of evil and good, when the future was infinite and the past never caught up. Now, he thinks his best days are behind him, but are they? The locals of Franklin, Idaho who are glad to have their own PI, welcome Harold, into their tiny, apparently crime free, hamlet. But, this quirky little town may not be as trouble free as it appears. Join Harold as he tries to make sense of a town that makes no sense at all.
