Under the cover of an innocent slogan, a sewer of corruption flows through the streets of a small, central Michigan town. Set on the banks of the French River, Millville appears on the surface to be a painting set on a Norman Rockwell easel. Dan and Margaret Williams moved to the quaint town believing it to be the perfect place to raise their two children. A small blurb in the newspaper becomes the catalyst for Dan to seek the truth. Along with a few friends, he organizes a battle against the town's kingpin. The search for honesty leads Dan down a path paved with infidelity, cronyism, and greed. The fight between good and evil rips the community apart, and leaves a seventeen-year-old honor student clinging to life. Dan realizes that his hometown is no different than any other community in the country. Could Millville just be another name for your town or city?
