A photographer has discovered that his life, despite having a great wife and kids, is boring: he lives lonely. His hobby is collecting and refurbishing old cameras. One fateful day, he finds a camera that provides him with a window to the past. His curiosity leads him to a frightening and eerie visit to years long gone. He must battle evil forces, befriend and protect people he meets on this strange journey and endure a life-changing realization that leads him to a finale he could have never imagined.
