Six months have passed since the mission to Cameroon, and Morgan West finds himself once again on another mission trip with the Taylor family. This time, their mission's in India, and Morgan is delighted to hear they are building a medical clinic to help the sick in a poor, rural village in the middle of the Aravali mountains. Before he can help many people, however, trials arise, including a horrible decision Morgan is forced to make. Does he love the one Indian who devasted their mission and tore apart Morgan's life, or does he chose to forgive him? God is summoning him to forgive, but as his circumstances get worse, Morgan's patience quickly wanes. Will he hold onto what is right, or deny God's calling?
