Aiya's life was simple: soaring on iridescent wings, spending lazy evenings in the exquisite company of his prince, and enjoying life as only the angelic, half-human Avians could. The day Aiya flew too far from the haven of his homeland, everything changed. Shot from the sky by a skilled pirate, Aiya finds himself at the mercy of a hungry crew and salacious captain who's all too eager to sell Aiya to the slave trade. With wings too wounded to fly, he must do whatever it takes to survive on the high seas.
