She also sees auras and can sense the emotions and moods of people around her. Her family struggled to understand her powers but now see Kerry's colourful and unusual view of the world as a gift. However, Kerry prefers not to witness some things from the other side. Most spirits are benign but some scare the hell out of her. When she is asked to use her gift in the investigation of some abducted girls, she is eager to help.
