Mick Francis is back to try and stop a mass killing through the Nation. As he deals with the tension of his future wife possible involvement again and his child being born, he also has to deal with killing a young black male that causes riots and protesting with a Reverend that leads the march. As Mick takes on a new partner he has to take on some of the toughest decisions, and also has to figure out how to win a game from a woman that is having people killed to save multiple insurance companies money when she gets to make up the rules.
