Haleigh Jeffrey's is associated with a US Government Agency that no one is even aware exists and works exclusively for the President. It has been in existence since being established by Thomas Jefferson. When it was revealed that there is possible danger to POTUS, the ensuing investigation discovers a child where the Mother is dead under very abnormal circumstances and the existence of the child is unknown to the Father. To protect the child, Haleigh believes that a protective kidnapping of the child is necessary for the safety of the child. At a luxury resort being constructed in Europe, she uncovers drug smuggling and money laundering which stretches across the Atlantic from America into Europe. Haleigh must face those who are running this operation who will stop at nothing to further the expansion of their business and death and destruction on their personal adversaries.
