In "Empires of Light Part 2: Chaos Ascending", the independent Sinkrus Empire's Armada, led by Grand Marshal Dek Valis, is carrying out surreptitious operations against the Compnet, a powerful cybernetic network spanning the Insolaris Galaxy.
