Few people would admit to following a master, but everyone has done so at one time or another. A master in Bible times was an honored instructor or rabbi. They not only imparted knowledge, but trained their followers to become all that God desired. Jesus was often referred to by enemy and friend as, "Master." Do we really understand what that means today? A disciple is one who follows a master and adjusts his/her thinking and lifestyle to match His teachings. Jesus called many to follow him.
