In this interesting and exciting biblical study of the Fruit of the Spirit as listed in Galatians 5:22,23 we will examine the apple. Yes just an apple but not so quick----the apple is much more interesting and diverse than I think you've ever imagined. Hence it will take some sleuthing out the varieties and their individual characteristics as we, figuratively, don our sleuthing hats, pick up our magnifying glasses, and grab our notebooks to see what each will reveal. The cycle of the apple from the first bud on the tree in the spring to the harvest of it's delectable fruit in the fall is a journey. So the Christian life is a journey beginning with that first budding of faith to the growing of the mature fruit. By examining what God's Word has to say about each of the fruits of the Spirit, and then learning how we can apply them to our lives, we will grow together in our walk with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The goal of this book is to increase your love of God's Word and your desire to walk in all His ways while we have some fun in the process. I will share with you things that God has taught me along life's road that I hope will be an encouragement to you. Also, for the cooks among you, I have included a unique apple recipe at the end of each lesson.
