Paleontologists Evans Mazel and Willie Waters have found a dinosaur bone with a spearhead tip broken off in it...which is impossible, right? About as impossible as being in love with two women at the same time...but that's looming on the horizon, too. Throw in a hotbed of political and religious intrigue, a beautiful and talented artist named Sophia and you can understand why Willie is losing her cool and Evans, who hates conflict anyhow, is trying to duck out on the whole situation.
