Harvey the Peanut is a small dog with a big heart and he loves being the center of attention! He has no idea why mommy's belly grew so big or why daddy keeps saying the word "baby," but he is about to find out! Little does he know his world is about to get turned upside down when the newest addition to the family arrives. At first Harvey is excited to have a new buddy to play with... that is until he learns that babies can't throw a ball.
