The goal of this book is to be a terrific starting point for a senior or a family member getting involved in senior care. My frustration was that I kept looking for a good primer or overview of senior care and never found one. Think of this as the "Cliff Notes" version of senior care that you will get a get an understanding of topics like Medicare, Senior Living Facilities, Social Security, Senior Diseases and Senior Health. Each of the 50 sections is broken down the same way with three main parts. I first review the subject and give you the need to know information. There are usually one or two action steps that follow and will give you items to act on. The final part is a golden nugget, which dives more into a topic and hopefully gives you some good advice.
