This Book Follows the Publishing of Volume One and develops a program to help all the citizens of the world who go to caregivers and hospitals where English is the primary language and they do not speak it. This book is in a format where Doctors, Administrators, Employers, Media Professionals, Employers, Social Workers and others can help share the message to the families and friends of those who can easily help Non-English speakers have the tools that are key to getting care in an emergency. As Volume 1 Proceeded, I became aware of the simplicity of many fixes which could be easily incorporated in to a procedure that can help the whole Medical Care System. Just as knowing the language of a patient is a great step forward for caregivers, systemic language adjustments can make the whole hospital system experience better for all patients and all their people and all involved in the treatment of those patients. Hospitals can be compared for demonstration purposes like a highway system in a snowstorm. Little holdups along the way can slow everything down for everyone and make everything more difficult to complete. The ripple effect can be treacherous. A little snow in a turn lane just slows down one car a couple of seconds but the amplification of that minor holdup is multiplied by the number of cars that use that intersection and then you have gridlock.
