The Curious Life Rachel Brezinski
The Curious Life
Rachel Brezinski
From Boise to Burma This is a tale of the metamorphosis from a naive young girl who wanted to be a boy to that of a worldly traveler. The journey began with college in Mexico City in the 50's, then a trip by freighter around the world in the early 60's, through several years of living in Europe with exotic vacations, a career of teaching dyslexic children, a house full of teen-agers, discovering the scenery and culture of the Southwestern United States, and ending with travels to Peru and Southeast Asia. It is a story of people, of cultures, of languages, but most of all the curiosity which led to all those adventures The author lives in Dana Point, California where she enjoys a much slower pace of life. She is also the author of The Simple Life, A Country Memoir.
