Defects in human biologic systems are of rather common incidence . Such defects might be arisen from several etiologies . Among these are the primary molecular defects . Hence, the present book was intended to shed a light on the primary human molecular immune defects . The text includes two parts. The first Part was intended to present the basics with nine chapters, the first chapter was introducing that spans around the general outlook of the book topics. The second describes the eligible and concise view to human immune system . In continuation with the second chapter, the third, fourth and fifth were covering the molecular immune mechanisms that involved in healthy immune system in comparison to the defective .
