Texas Ranger Wayne Stephens is on a quest to track down an outlaw that has brought misery to himself and half of Texas, but to do that he has to do more than cross the Texas border, he has to cross an ocean. He follows his man all the way to England, and in the streets of London teams up with a Scotland Yard Inspector who is desperate to solve his first big case. The duo combine their skills as they travel across the country to catch this black-hearted villain.
