This is a crossed analytical study with a conscious and pragmatic approach of social and historical issues of Africa in order to draw some essential elements for the construction of a common and better destiny (future). Clandestine immigration of young Africans from the sub-Saharan region is the cause of this reflection in order to determine the 'why' of the bad state of black Africa of today. Digging into our past is the challenge we give ourselves in order to establish in equal measure /parts the different responsibilities implied in the disaffection of Africa today: Europe, America and Africa. Through its leaders and youth, no one can claim innocence for what the Africa continent is passing through actually. Our research in the field in countries and among the people with whom we have lived (the two Congo's, Togo, Ghana, Benin, Nigeria, Cote d'Ivoire, Central African Republic, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda) constitute an impulse and a strong basis and statistics which permits us to affirm that more than one out of two youths no longer believe in the capacity of our leaders, neither do they believe in the possibility of a better future. In a sample of hundred youths between the ages of 20 and 30 years with both sexes, interrogated on the three following questions: 1. In your opinion, what are the real causes for the sad delay of Africa's situation as regard its development? 2. To live a decent life, which projects are urgently needed to be put in place? and 3. Which challenges must Africa overcome in order to be more attractive to the youth?
