Born out of a period of intense worship, prayer and devotion, THE COMING OF THE LORD is essentially a treatise describing the spiritual condition and temper of the elect saints that prevail against temptation to usher in the return of our Lord in Glory. As such, the author has dwelt more on the nature of events that transpire in Heaven -- and in the heavenly awareness and habit of the saints on earth -- in the run-up to the Second Coming of Christ. The reader is encouraged to approach its content less as an academic exercise in marking off the accuracy of doctrinal positions and more as a spiritual journey of discovery and openness to the Holy Ghost as He prepares and conditions us to partner with Him in bringing about this most glorious and historic event.
