It must be mentioned right up front that I do not have ambitions or desires to be the President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Nor do I want to tell the current President what to do. The information contained in this book is a result of inspiration that was used to teach me what I would do if I were to be the President. I didn't ask for the inspiration and it definitely didn't come all at once into an organized format. It came here a little there a little, and step by step, precept upon precept. I merely recorded it all in my journals and when it was sufficiently large I assembled them together and organized it. I've never held a leadership position and there is a process in place to allow only leaders into the General Authorities to even be a potential candidate for the Presidency, so I have disregarded any thoughts toward any such ambitions. But after I had my dream, the revelations came as prophesied. So I publish this book to fulfill the dream let the consequences come what may. In my dreams I dreamed I ran into the late President Hinckley. He gave me a key card with the number 77 on it. I immediately left to go to his office and use the key. In the elevator I descended from over the 200th floor. Reaching the bottom I was at the Administration offices where men were at computers watching security cameras. One guard got up and took me to the bulletproof glass doors and opened it for me. I went in and found myself in a high rise's office floor. I went to the right and came across room #88. I saw that it was packed and piled high with books and papers. The guard yelled to me that I had 5 seconds, so I moved on to the next room which was President Hinckley's office, room #77. It was clean and organized and on the Post It Note I wrote, "Thank you!" and I left. Now if this dream means for than just learning about being the President then so be it, but I won't push for it or pursue it. But I'd be lying if I said I didn't want any of these ideas to come to pass. There is some good stuff in here and interestingly have scriptural justification. So because The Church is led by revelation, then the Presidents of future days will eventually get the same revelation if it is needful to be restored from practices of old. There are 5 divisions organized into outline form. The first is the changes made to the current Administration. The second is for the Woman's Organization which is to be patterned after the Men's Organization, so I didn't fill it out. The third is for a Government Administration. The fourth is for a World Center Complex. And the fifth is for membership. This is only an outline form. I do not go into any length of discourse to explain the outline. It is just a collection of ideas.
