This book is a my first publication, though I have been writing poems with fun rhymes for quite sometime. As a kindergarten teacher I often use rhymes in songs to motivate my students to follow routines, learn lesson objectives, or simply have fun in our class. My primary reason for writing this book is for my daughter as a gift for her 6th birthday, though it is meant to be enjoyed by anyone who appreciates being the parent, grandparent, friend, or example to the children in our world. Maybe it is best said like this. . . I wrote this little book. Thanks for taking a look. The words are from the heart, and so is the simple art. It's meant to make you think, even if for just a tad, about being a mom, grandma, grandpa, or dad. It took a little work, but it didn't seem like work at all, as you might say to write it I for sure felt the call. So buy one if you want, but my goal is not to make money. It is simply to make you realize life is a sweet as honey. **Any money made will be put into my daughter's college fund**
