This is the alphabet book for teaching children about healthy foods. Remember, healthy foods means healthy kids! A fruit or vegetable type is displayed with the relevant letter of the alphabet. For example there will be an orange with the letter O in bold. A fun fact about each fruit or vegetable can be found on each page. The fun fact could also be entertaining to you if you are teaching your child. Vivid and bold images were used along with fun graphics to catch the eye. Each page is also a different color. It is hoped that this book will make learning fun while still promoting healthy eating.
