A Seeker's Promise in Poetry, Parables and Prose Carol M Forsloff

A Seeker's Promise shares the wisdom and experience of an author who has traveled over many obstacles that have included cancer, lung disease, diabetes and 16 surgeries and through it all has found certitude. This has come not from the eat, pray, love variety but through learning how to view one's life through the prism of life's beauty and benefits. The promise is offered to you through a series of poems, parables and prose that outline certain social, spiritual and ethical principles that were the end result of the author's quest. It is an enlightening, emancipating and fulfilling journey that combines love, laughter, prayer and wisdom to delight and inspire the reader. The illustrations enhance the book's messages. As one reviewer describes it, "Carols writing style is poignant, heartfelt, reflective of her own struggles and life experiences, but also reflective of all of mankind struggles. Her aloha is of the purest essence and can be felt in her words and expressions by all who read her writings.
