"When Donald Trump announced his candidacy, many failed to take him seriously. Even the network carrying his famous "Apprentice" reality show was reluctant to believe him when he said that he would not do another season. Trump began by making what some may refer to as outrageous statements on myriad issues. If other candidates made those statements, they would have fallen in the polls and disappeared from the political radar faster than the Malaysian Jet.
