Now, Here's the Rest of the Story is a book about the parables taught by Jesus. This book provides a simple explanation of the parables or short stories that Jesus told to impart instruction and rebuke without offense. Anyone who has never heard or studied the parables - the new or seasoned Christian - could easily have a better understanding of what Jesus actually taught. The parables show us how to apply His teachings to our every day life. Each parable should help us to have a better and more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Now, Here's the Rest of the Story is designed so it can be easily understood and enjoyed by any individual, or be used as a Bible study, as part of a Sunday School curriculum, or for Pastors to use as a series of sermons. Some of the parables get into the culture of that day so that the reader can better understand the parable. It is my prayer that all who read this book will come away with a closer, more personal relationship with Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
