The purpose of the book titled "Drawing Matters" is to allow kindergarten through fifth grade children to express themselves through drawing. They will absorb everything that they see, hear, smell or touch. Drawing is an important form of expression in their development. Not everything that they want to express can sometimes be announced in words or actions; this is where encouraging your child to draw and write about it becomes very important. A multiple of colors can mean they are happy or a repetition of objects means they want to see more of it. The book "Drawing Matters" will also increase the kindergarten through fifth grade children emotional intelligence in being able to express what they feel and boost their confidence. Drawing is also your children's announcement of "I created this and I am happy about it."
