Everything in safety is a product of inputs and outputs creating safe or unsafe behaviors and conditions. In the workplace, these inputs and outputs can be controlled more so than in the community. In the community, there are infinite variables and influences on safety, not to mention the fact that humans like risk. With this, how do we affect change in safety? This is, in itself, an enigma.
