Someone is killing Cambodian children and leaving no clues behind. It's enough to draw English journalist Dave Bell back to Cambodia after an impassioned plea from an old friend, despite the country holding so many dark memories for him. Bell puts together an unlikely team of allies, including a social worker, a Cambodian General, and a young computer wizard from Bangkok.
