This book gives a description of the behavioral characteristics of successful and effective leaders, as well as some of the successful techniques used by these same leaders. The book is focused on both Project Management and Retail Sales. However, leadership rules apply to any business that seeks to motivate human beings. The author has spent his entire successful 38-year career in engineering, task management, line management, project management, and directorship. Most recently, he has also had direct experience in Retail Sales, wherein he has seen that the same general rules of effective leadership apply. Hence, he was motivated to write this current book.
