Sample poem & commentary: IT TURNS EVEN NOW He who crests the summer sky will now descend and gently die This wheel of time has turned again the season at its height now bends till once more clouds release their snow and blankets us all here below that wheel will itself move and turn and melt the snows with a sky that burns. So walk the labyrinth of old, and listen well to knowledge gold All things bow and kneel to time just a part in Mother Nature's rhyme. ... The turning of the great wheel has always been a special and sacred moment to many peoples around the world. Nearly every facet of our lives is shaped and directed by this natural process, from the architecture of our buildings, to the amount and type of work we perform in our professions, to how we spend our leisure time. This poem etches out the seasonal transition of Midsummer's light and warmth, through autumn, and onto the cold and blustery winds of winter. The one constant in the universe is change.
