When FBI agent, Richard Clark, becomes involved in hunting down the leader of a terrorist group calling itself ARC, Anarchists for Real Change, he finds himself on a hunt where "nothing is that seems to be." While attempting to deal with his own darkness, he struggles to find a motive that would connect all ARC's brutal crimes. As he is drawn deeper into the mystery of ARC, he discovers a terrifying truth. The hell that has broken out around him and threatens to escalate has a familiar face and listens to only one master, its darker angel whispering in its ear, justifying the unjustifiable.
