Officer Samuel Delcastillo thought that it was going to be an easy night, but when him and his partner Officer Frank Stanley are called down to the town's docks for a reported shooting, they soon realize that their quiet night has come to an end. Upon their arrival, they see the bodies of two dead cops along with a man named Jonan Casey standing above them. After the police take him in for questioning, it is up to Samuel to get to the bottom of what exactly is going on, while Jonan is trying to profess his innocence. What initially seems like an open and shut case immediately becomes more complex as Jonan continues to explain his story. Poverty, drug gangs, gas station pizza, and an enigmatic drug kingpin are just a few of the things that are involved in Jonan's story. Will Samuel be able to make a decisive decision?
