This book is a comprehensive guide to interpreting a person's aura as seen when a picture is taken with an Aura camera. The Aura is the electrical magnetic energy field around the body. It is around all people and objects. Some people can see it with the physical eye; others sense, feel or perceive it. We consistently react to another's energy field, unaware that we are doing so. It is most obvious to us when we enter a room where several people are gathered. There are times we are comfortable and relaxed. If we feel unwelcome, the energy is uncomfortable. We then draw our energy in, demonstrated by crossing our arms, and if sitting, we will also cross our legs. When someone approaches us whom we feel comfortable with, we will then uncross our limbs and gravitate toward the energy that is more comparable with ours. Another reaction that occurs when uncomfortable or threatened by the energy is tightening our muscles and stopping breathing. This is a natural automatic response, and the reason why people become stressed in these kinds of situations. They are uncomfortable with their environment or with themselves. They may be out of integrity with their self by being there. The Aura changes with every action and interaction with everyone, however these changes are very subtle.
