This latest collection of David Morisset's poetry assembles poems written mostly during 2016. As well as descriptions of urban and natural landscapes the poems explore themes associated with mental health, economic inequality, justice and nostalgia. Locations vary and include Australia's east coast, Thailand, Iran and mysterious places visited only in dreams. David Morisset is an Australian writer and a former diplomat. He has published several novels as well as collections of poetry and short stories. His poem, 'Persian Princess', was commended in the John Shaw Neilson Poetry Award (Fellowship of Australian Writers National Literary Awards 2009).
