The United Beaks was an Avian federation officially formed about 200 million years ago with many of its states having a digitally documented history of more than 5 billion years, which had wiped out all superintelligent mammals in the universe around 2 billion years ago and again around 800 million years ago. It was an organization with 7 levels of civilizations, 29 superpowers, 62 top-level states, 3,847 autonomous states, 3 billion species and 786 quintillion people, not an amazingly large one given the age of our universe. For the first time in their history, they wanted humans to join them, so they came to Earth. However, most human governments on Earth could not trust them, but should they?
