In a future where the Americas have been almost completely depopulated by war, nuclear winter, disease and starvation, Muslim colonists, arriving by sea from Asia seek to settle what is now a new world once again. Small bands of surviving descendants of what were once Americans resist and find themselves fighting against overwhelming odds. Faced by almost certain annihilation, the descendants desperately turn to secrets, long buried underground, which may offer them a key to survival.
