What if you robbed a bank last night and forgot all about it? It happened to a gentleman in Switzerland. And all over the world there are more and more examples of other bizarre behaviors. Why is it happening? No one knows, but the perpetrators seem to have something in common... more often than not, they're members of the League of Justice. Without warning the League soon disbands in response to the mysterious Targeted Amnesia Epidemic. Following a suspicious episode at the Michael Harris Academy, the general public demands answers and an obscure politician leads the outcry while using the near tragedy to announce his candidacy for President of the United States. He's unqualified but extremely charismatic and exactly the sort of person the League would be watching if the organization still existed. After Henry Knight disappears, things can't seem to get worse for Dusty until his mother vanishes while looking for her husband. Agent M goes missing too-the last time she was seen, she was leaping from a hospital room to the street below. Everything must be related somehow-but there are absolutely no clues until a truck driver washes ashore after months at sea. He's either an extremely wealthy lottery winner or completely insane.
