In post-crash Tokyo, late on New Year's Eve, at Tabatha Station, a fox-colored cat lures a disheartened man onto a mysterious train. The Cat Rail line takes them to New Cat-Town, where he goes through a defective ticket-gate and lands on all fours-a white cat, Raoul. A pretty girl, Emi, picks him up, kisses him, and says, "I love you." But the half-tiger ghouls of the Alph oligarchy are wreaking havoc in New Cat-Town, in Siberia, and beyond. Armed only with love, the help of Fairy Catmother, and an elusive necktie genius, will Raoul and Emi be able to stop the Alph from taking over the world again?
