While suffering from the pains of cancer and confined to bed for more than a year, Andy wrote many notes about his suffering, his former life and the love shown to him by his family and friends. After his death, his mother Bink typed his notes to give to his brothers and sisters. These notes encouraged her to write her own thoughts, and soon she had a book --"I'll Walk Again"
