Notorious drug lord, Martese Palomino, picks the wrong time to return home from exile. A rival cartel has taken over control of the cocaine trade in Belize; Palomino is wanted by the United States government, and his wife wants him dead. Betrayed, Palomino is arrested and scheduled for extradition to the United States. But when a team of U. S. Marshalls are killed transporting him, Palomino vanishes without a trace. Julian Sebasst is determined to find the person responsible for the killings, but to do that he needs Palomino.
