Agile and BW Projects Matthias Zinke

This is the third book in the FOCUS ON series, which mainly covers themes related to working with Business Warehouse applications. The main focus of these brief guides/handbooks are to provide a better understanding and to support the daily lives of those working in the data warehouse environment. The first book "SAP BW and ABAP" covered good programming in SAP BW applications and the main topic of the second in the series "Hands-on SAP BW on HANA" addressed everyday work skills in the HANA-based environment. In this third FOCUS ON book, we discuss Agile projects and BW, or how we can optimally adapt SCRUM to IT projects that are developing new reporting solutions. Why change the focus of these handbooks to a more project management-oriented view? In my own work life, after 15 years as a project developer, my main focus has recently shifted to managing projects and programs for companies. Currently, I am responsible for the so-called startup management of a large automotive company based in Munich and I am implementing SCRUM in the projects for which I am responsible.
