In 1961, Hugh Lake's life was dramatically changed forever! Both he and his wife Fran experienced a transformation while in a church Bible Study. Soon after, Hugh felt a call into the ministry. They put their home up for sale. Hugh resigned from his successful insurance business. With excitement, and some anxiety, they packed up and moved to Atlanta with their three young children. After four years in Georgia, including Seminary they move back to Florida and into a church parsonage. The Journey is about their joys and struggles whiile serving seven churches.
